Youth Ministry

At First Presbyterian Church, we believe that there is a purpose to life: to know God and enjoy Him forever. It is our desire to see young people come to:
  • Know Jesus
  • Grow in their faith and calling
  • Show others His hope and love
  • Go and tell the world about their one, true hope of Salvation     (Matthew 28:18-20, & 22:37-39)

Youth Groups

Middle School Youth Group meets weekly (during the school year) every Wednesday night, 5:30–6:30 pm. All 6th-8th graders are invited for games, worship and an inspiring and encouraging message.

High School Youth Group meets weekly (during the school year) every Wednesday night, 7:00–8:00 pm. All 9th-12th graders are invited for games, worship and an encouraging message, along with small group discussions.

Youth Sunday School

Classes for Middle School and High School Students (grades 6–12) meet from 9:15am-10:15am every Sunday.

Youth Handbell Choirs

We have two wonderful youth handbell choirs that meet on Wednesday nights from September through May. The Chapel Bells (5th-8th grade) practice from 7:00-8:00 pm on Wednesdays, and the Lindsey Bells (9th-12th grade) practice from 6:00pm-7:00pm.

Contact Daniel Heath for more information.

Mission Trips

Each year we take 40+ students to Gleanings for the Hungry in Central California to process food that will be shipped all over the world. These food packages go with the Gospel and feeds the body and the soul.
